No, FEH has no financial benefit offering carbon offsets to our customers. 100% of the funds are directed to CarbonClick, who identify, verify and carefully select projects worldwide. CarbonClick’s administration fees are included in the total amount and are attributed to the due diligence process necessary to source premium carbon offsets as well as managing the retirement process. CarbonClick’s service fee is shown on the ‘track and trace’ page.

No, the contributions made by guests do not count towards FEH’s carbon emission reduction. We do this at our own cost in line with our sustainability strategy. We believe that every action counts to remove carbon from the atmosphere and we cannot do it alone.
